Heaven - Leo's favoriete Bear family uitgaven (= Leo Karmer) (nummer 1 van 2011)

In het 1e nummer van 2011 keek Heaven terug op het eerste in Nederland verschenen muzieklijstje, de top twintig van het jaar 1970 zoals verschenen in Aloha.

Dat was reden om verschillende redacteuren terug te laten blikken op bepaalde soorten muziek en/of artiesten.

In de slipstream van deze artikelen werd onder de kop Made in Germany door de ex-Utrechtse platenzaakbaas Leo Kramer en frequent bezoeker van rootsfestivals teruggekeken op het feit dat het Duitse Bear family-label 35 jaar bestond.

Uit die gigantische back catalogue selecteerde hij zijn favoriete boxen.

Smulspul voor liefhebbers die iets in de kast willen hebben staan, niet tevreden zijn met downloads (al dan niet illegaal). Liefhebbers die snappen dat veel nieuwe muziek (van vandaag de dag) niet zo vaak zo nieuw is als wordt beweerd.

Kortom, een warm pleidooi voor dit label.
