Lust for Life - De 50 beste
singersongwritersalbums

De redactie sloot het jaar 2022 niet af met een 'traditioneel' jaarlijstje. Als alternatief kozen tien redacteuren de 50 'beste' singersongwritersalbums (Een prima scrabblewoord!). De aanleiding voor dit thema had zonder enige twijfel te maken met de heruitgave van Harvest, van Neil Young  - 50 jaar na eerste verschijning. Deelnemers: Sven Bersee, Martin Cuppens, Jolien Eijsink, Caya Forman, Dominique van der Geld, Esmée de Gooyer, Robert Haagsma, Harry de Jong, Inge van Nimwegen en Chris van Oostrom. In 2013 verscheen in (de) Heaven een vergelijkbare lijst: De 50 beste singer song writers van de wereld. Wiebren Rijkeboer noemde in twee boeken 103 andere titels: Americana outlaws : 50 singer-songwriters uit de seventies (2019) & Rootstock : 53 singer-songwriters in de periode 1980-2020 die rocken (uit 2021).
